Dear Docter pls check my blood report it's showing high lymphocytes along with less or low hemoglobin ,wbc,rbc,pcv and platelates Pls let me know is it serious or normal due to hpylori infection Kindly find attached report

Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind Avoid cabbage  cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food • sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion •have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals • lie on left side while sleeping • keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
