I am suffering from dandruff and my friend recommended kz lotion i would like to know how to use it and whether there will be any side effects

You should apply it like a shampoo when you're taking a bath. Applied on the scalp skin keep it on for 3-4 minutes and then you can wash it off. Hope this is helpful.
