Without a strong will power its not possible to quit smoking.
So first make up your mind.
After that its pretty simple.
Just stay away from smoking.
Of you feel like smoking, that time only you shoukd chew nicotine gums.
You can also use a nicotine patch.
Consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
