How to shrink haemorrhoids
I have haemorrhoids since 2 weeks. I do sitz bath and took herbal medicines. In the beginning I had pain n bleeding. But now there is no pain or bleeding. But the haemorrhoids are not shrinking. Will it go by itself or I need any medicine? Can you give prescription to shrink the haemorrhoids.? N how many days will it take it to shrink.
Shrinking of hemorrhoids is very less likely in grade 3 or 4 hemorrhoids
If the degree of hemorrhoids is less than that then you should consider doing
weight loss
Avoid straining while defecation
Drink plenty of water and consume good rich in fibres
Add tablet daflon 500 mg twice a day for one month
