ONE FRUIT USUALLY CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI ETC ON ANY FORM. THESE ARE THE BASIC FUNDS TO DECREASES CHOLESTEROL. MEDICINE IS ROSUVASTATIN 10mg ONE AT NIGHT.LONG TERM. REPEAT TEST AFTER TWO MONTHS IF YOU FOLLOW ABOVE MENTIONED GUIDELINES. O.K BYE.
