Hi I got throat irritation and allergy, AEC is above 700 in my blood, I wanna know how to reduce it to normal level and food which which I should avoid and which I can consume. Thank you.

Aec counts do not correlate with allergy always. There are many other conditions where AEC can be more. You may try taking anti Histamine medicines for few days for relief from allergy. You may need to take them repeatedly as a symptomatic treatment
