Ayurvedic treatment is good or not , taking mahatriphala ghrit & all are effective or not . I should do or not to recover my vision & it has side effects kr not ??

I don't know the benefits of ayurved in eye . But there are well known side effects . Please stick to allopathy . ( No disrespect meant towards ayurved )
