You have to change your life pattern and dietry habit completely. If alcoholic QUIT alcohol.or take only 60ml.than quit.
You need brick walk for twenty minutes morning and evening.
Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice, BUTTER MILK FRESH CURD are benificial.dite must be blend with least oil and spices.
Avoid spicy,greasy fried,,junk food and FOOD from outside, till sgot SGPT level decrease.ok.
