I've suffered from bradikinine-mediated angio edema my whole life. Because the genetic cause is unknown, I only have access to danazol. It's very effective, though a few times a year I still suffer extreme pain due to abdominal swelling. Icatibant/firazyr would greatly increase quality of life, but how to get access to a prescription?
