Hello, there is no any medicine to know you are pregnant or not but some test are available to confirm you are pregnant or not     Most DIY pregnancy tests are done by analyzing your urine. Make sure to collect the first urine when you wake up in the morning, as it is the most concentrated and will give accurate results.
