How to decrease eyepower?
I have a power if -3.25 in left and -3.5 in right with 90 cylindrical on both the eyes one yr before.
I have a medical test to go through on the month of July for recruitment.
The range is - 4 to + 4.
I feel like my eye power is increasing on the left eye.
What can I do to decrease my eye piwer or to make it stable rather than increasing

First of dont take any tension as you already 21 so 90 percent your power will not increase now..so just chill
There is nothing you can do to decrease eye power except lasik surgery but you have to get checked with the employer whether they allow lasik operated persons or not..
But i think.you will qualigy the examinations
