I have TB in past and now i have spot in my lungs for that canada immigration asked me for sputum test. Ao can you please suggest me how i can clear the test what all i can do so that sputum test will get negative response

You have not mentioned your age here! Go for the sputum test.if infection is not there it will obviously  come  as negative.
