I want know that how to clean the penis after night fall first we should do urine or after that we should clean?? or first clean n do urine ??? N how to clean. When iam cleaning my penis after night fall or ejaculation iam cleaning by pressing the penis after that iam urinating sm amount of semen is cmming out of the urine after till half an hour or one hour the semen is cmming out n beacouse of that iam gettimg memory loss n anxiety wat to do how to clean
