How the aldegesic can cause hyperacidity??....there is no substituent in this brand..which can cause hyperacidity..it consists of Paracetamol, Aceclofenac & Serratiopeptide...Please explain in detail.. Thank you

All these salts cause hyperacidity , you should take anti hyeracidity tablet along with this tablet .
