How long ZINCOVIT tab to be taken

During this pandemic, it was advised to take zinc supplement, vitamin c and vitamin d for better protection against covid. Query is how long zincovit tablet (make: apex pharma) can be taken safely at one stretch on once daily basis. And after that how long gap to be given to resume the same dose of once daily.

It's your body right .not a experimental thing .no such thing as protective role of zinc .
