dear user, The problem you are facing can be very upsetting. However patients who suffer a stroke are known to have some aggression and behavioral problems. Its advisable to meet a psychiatrist and start medications for management of these problems. Also do consult your treating physician/ neurologist about the same. Hope this helps.
