How bad is my diabetes, should I consult a diabetologist immediately. Even after quitting Sugar and occasional smoking, still it is high and not reducing Glucometer avg last 2 months is 250-280 post food in night. Lab test result - July 2022 1. Hba1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin) - 12.90 2. Glucose Fasting is 293
