Patient history-22 year old trans female I was taking estardiol valerate(progynova  1 mg) twice a day My estogen level went to 77 pg/ml from 38 pg/ml(in 2months) After that I increased the estradiol valerate (Evadiol 2mg) twice a day my estrogen level dropped to 29 pg/ml(  next 3 months) Is there a problem? (i also take lupride injection each month to suppress my testosterone) Another thing I changed the brand from Zydus cadila progynova 2mg to Intas pharmaceutical Evadiol 2mg What could be the reason of estrogen drop?
