Hormonal Imbalance after ipill?

I took an ipill almost 2 months back. These whole 2 months I had breast pain and Lower abdominal pain on and off. And had my period a week back. Period was a bit on the lighter side. W one and a half day of heavy flow and three of light. After period ended I'm having a little breast pain and Lower back pain.
