  3. Hole in buttocks. It is. please help!

Hole in buttocks

I have a small pinky size hole about 4 inches from the top of my buttocks, it's only painful when touched, no swelling, no blood, I don't believe it's a pilondial problem but I'm not sure what it is. Please help!

Consult a surgeon it can be a fistula ?
