My brother in low is suffering from HLH , he is 27 year old , right know admited in CMC Vellore ,he is admitted since 10th Jan , after check doctor have advised he have a HLH due to TV infection , doctor have advised him medicine and discharge after one month , again his blood count decreased drastically , doctor has advised to admit again , then they have done spleen removal operations . Now blodd count in crease but he have continuous fever from last 3 months ... Pls advice any suggestions or doctor where we can visit
