Hey I'm in the Greek army and it seems Everybody starts having symptoms of urticaria (hives) is there any disease that makes our bodys react like this? Thanks in advance!

As you say many people are having hives , the reason for that could be you guys sharing the same place / locality has an allergic substance/ food being the reason for it.
