It could be false positive. Go for Western blotting..

Hi Thanks for seeing help here. HIV RNA is not detected means there no active viral replication. Medication had reduced the viral load to undetectable. But before that only one antibody test is not confirmation of HIV. We usually ask to do multiple tests like western blot
