  4. Hiv testing. I get tested in lab again?

I have been intimate with my partner for the last 9 months. He tested for 4th generation HIV test after I started experiencing frequent night sweats, recurrent sore throat and diarrhea from the past 4 months but he came out negative. I got tested in self testing HIV 3rd generation test kit and it came out negative. Is it conclusive or should I get tested in lab again?
