I had a high risk exposure I.e protected sex with csw 3 months before , I had done 4 th generation test 52 days after exposure which was negative but had white tongue from one month, which test should I go after 3 months which will be conclusive? Western blot or Elisa?please suggest

A simple HIV test, 3rd or 4th generation will do. Pl also do HBsAg HCV and VDRL tests. Tests at 52 days are not conclusive. No need of Western blot, though I see some one has advised.
