Hi, My husband was coming back from office from a public transport when a accidental needle got stuck into him. After 6 hours ,some spots were started coming up in that are. We met doctor where doctor gave him tetanus injection and one more anti viral injection and suggested him to go through HIV PEP. He has already started taking PEP course but now he is getting symptoms like soar throat,fever,headache ,rashes etc. Is there anything to worry about. Does it going to spread hiv virus into his body? We are very tensed. He has started that course within 24 hrs. Kindly suggest. Thanks.
