I had a blood test in dr lal path lab 3 months though he told me that the vacutainer that they use can be used only once as blood clots and  and makes it impossible for them to use it more than once and I saw him disposing the vacutainer once he drew the blood but still I was suspicious so after 3 months I had an hiv 1 and 2 antibodies screening test . The report was negative . Is the report conclusive should I move on please tell ??
