In 2019 April was my last exposure , five times tested recently July 2022 p24 antigen test also tested all tests are negative But every time testing I am getting doubt that needle was contaminated and also getting doubt that all results are false I am helpless pls help me

You need t take a consultation and work with a Psychiatrist to manage this issue. It is possible that you have developed OCD which requires medication management , if not counselling will help you
