How long hiv virus live on dry surface like vagnia speculum during the pap test and what are the chance of transmission

Vagina secretions are one of the source for the transmission. However once outside to the environment virus survival reduces to around  90% within 1 hr.

patient should be always strict and clear whenever going for such procedures.
