Hi Dr, While playing cricket I got direct hit on my testicles about one month ago. My right testicle is swollen since then. I tried dr. Prescribed antibiotics. But it didn't help. Got an ultrasound done and it shows right 42 mm and left one 39 and report is normal. I don't have any pain or urinal/sexual issue but I am worried about swelling. How much time swelling takes to disappear? Looking for help. Thanks in advance.

dear patient , it usually disappear within 7 days ,as per your description your ultrasound is normal then i think nothing is about worried it will get soon . homeopathy cally u can take rhododendron or spongia for the swollen testicles..
