Mri report. Small T1/T2 hypointensities notrd in soft tissue lateral to head of right femur within the capsule blooming on GRE. Small subchondral erosions noted in the head of right femur. Ct screening showed small corresponding calcific densities. Minimal right hip joint effusion noted
