I m 33 yrs old dark thin guys. Wait is 54 kg height 5.8" chest 34" waist 29" and hip size is 31" . Mean always feel shy from my hips Not much confident due to this. Still "unmarried" people make me laugh. Give me good solution by good medicine cream without side effects

Hi avoid cholesterol rich foods and also do regular exercise under supervision of instructer to burn fat and put on weight in a healthy way by eating protein rich food...
