Higher IGE and covid vaccination

I booked my vaccination slot in next week and my concern is my higher IGE value in blood.when tested for last time ige was 1274 and Eosinophil count was 930 cells/cumm. I am still using fluticasone propionate nasal spray every day due to seasonal allergies . Is it ok if I receive covid vaccination?
