High tsh and low laction

We have 2 month baby and my wife has very low quantity of breast milk production. Only 1-2 spoon last month we checked for tsh level it's 49 Medicine-thyronorms 150 mg Lactogenic powder with dryfruit and shatavar Still milk production is low. We given Aptamill to our baby . Kindly advice
