For the past one week I had my body temperature above 99 mostly in the evenings and I felt very uneasy at that time when my temperature is increased like I felt dizziness and nauseating and very much uneasiness. For the past 2 to 3 days, I had high BP too and last reading was 155/85 yesterday. I got my blood test and thyroid tested. TSH is 44.9 however T3 and T4 are normal.. T3 _121 and T4 _ 5.82. Any suggestions on what could be the reason for  this symptoms.
