Dear sir/mam Recently i am suffering from low urine production, fast heartbeat, chest pain while deep breathing, abdominal pain and headache. Blood report says high sodium level at 148 mmol/l . What should I do?

148 is very high. Visit a nephrologist. If breathing difficulty is not there, you should increase water intake to approx 4 litre per day. However you need proper evaluation as 148 is NOT normal.
