High lymphocytes low neutrophills

We did a CBC and found out that the WBC count is 15800 and lymphocytes is 69.6 and neutrophils is 20.7. all other parameters looks fine. What could be the cause of this and who is the best doctor in Bangalore. There are no symptoms no pain.
