Recently I taken complete blood test in that i got...hemoglobin is 17.6 and cbc count is 5.3 and remains all normal...now I want to decrease my hemoglobin value...i am no smocker, no drinker...please sujjest foods or lifestyle to decrease it... Pls guide someone sir😞😞😞😞😞. ... Reports there in attachment... Pls guide sir Or mam😞😞😞😞

do blood donation once..and repeat hb after a month .. if increase again.. u will need to start blood thinners
