High Hemoglobin, PCV, RBC & Vitamin B12

In CBC screening I got Hemoglobin at 17.5, PCV at 53.2 & RBC at 6.1, with Vitamin B12 at 1338 and Vitamin D at 36.58 One month back doctor gave Bonicor Capsules and Neurobion Forte injection. I'm non smoker and drink 4L water per day. I'm concerned if it is something serious?

It is nothing alarming ...a repeat test may be done after another month.Continue  a hrlqthy lifestyle and your doctor advice
