GGT level is high- does indicates liver disorder if it's associated with high alkaline phosphatase level . You have uncontrolled diabetes and symptoms perhaps due to peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes
Next Steps
Please consult with your doctor for the further management

Your LFT is really deranged, and that too due to a recent infection. Your Diabetes is also Uncontrolled. You are already having Neuropathy due to Diabetes. You should consult a General Physician in your area. You may have to be put on Insulin for some time so that proper control of Diabetes can be established.

You need to discuss it on consultation as multiple stuffs are involved. Your sugars are on higher side , obesity is too a serious issue. Your insulin is not doing good. Had you took TB medicine for 9 months?
