High Fever On-Off 2 week

Dear Sir /Madam, My younger brother Mr. Nikhil is suffering from High Fever mostly after evening since 2 weeks. Its goes to 102° sometimes. He was admitted in hospital for 4 days in last week & discharged after recovered. No from Monday (1-8-16) he is having Fever in night only. Now Dr. X have advised Digital Xray,Sonography,CBC-ESR,Dengue,TSH,etc Test which are showing normal. Finally Dr. X given Tab Combither Forte & Tab Bevon for 3 days course on Tuesday but still he is having fever. Please give advice & help.

Treatment of enteric fever should be given for 14 days which include Tab cefixime 400 mg twice daily along with other supportive measures...  High grade fever occuring again just after recovery means it is partially treated... Once antibiotic is started culture may be negative so better to complete course of antibiotic along with other supportive medications...
