As Venkat Raghav suggested it could be a bacterial infection so an appropriate diagnosis of what bacterial infection is required to treat it effectively. Consult a good general physician(MD degree in general medicine not just an MBBS). They will diagnose and treat it.

Hello, whats high temperature??high grade fever , elevated white blood cell count -neutrophil suggest bacterial infection. But what other problem does he have ?like cough, diarrhea, etc..... ? He may have to take antibiotic course . More investigation like blood routine examination, blood culture to know the exact etiology so that antibiotics can be accordingly. Consult general physician with report.
