I had 102.7 fever from yesterday after I took vaccine.while my parents and in laws does not have fever.why does young people having fever while older people are normal after vaccination.

It’s not about the age. It depends on the body’s immune system reacting with the viral protein in the vaccine. Nothing to worry as such
