The normal eye pressure is between 10 to 21 mm of hg ..the textbook definition...so no need to worry . In borderline cases, with family history , check up is done to rule out any evidence of glaucoma...which you have already done, I guess. If all parameters are normal, no family history or any associated factors, then no need to worry at all.

1. A small percentage of population have a borderline or high IOP without any involvement of their optic nerve and that's absolutely normal for them. You might fall in this category. 2. Your corneal thickness needs to be measured to get a Corrected/Actual IOP. If checked already, kindly share. 3. OCT scan of optic nerve is important to look for pre perimetric glaucoma. Decision to reduce the pressures would be decided based on all these factors.
Next Steps
Once a year checkup is mandatory for you.
