I am 19 year old and some time i have very high BP but from some days i feel headache and my BP is 170/100 150/60 160/90 and also some time ghabrahat. I NOT TAKE ANY TYPE OF TENSION OR STRESS ON MY MIND. What are cause such high BP at this early age
