High blood pressure

I had covid two month back,and i recovered within home isolation,it was mild. Then slowly slowly 3 week later i developedatypicalchest pain, had my ecg, echo, chest x ray everything came normal. Also had my full body profile done in which my cholesterol came very high (ldl-187) , consulted 2 cardiologist in their clinic for better overview of issue both of them said it doesn't look like its related to heart and i agree, i am now taking medicine for acidity, but today something unusual happened i developed chest pain ( just adjacent to sternum,right side)again, this chest pain continuous since like a month, i started to feel anxious for no reason i checked my bp it came 162/90 with pulse109 although i was just lying on my bed watching tv, this is the 2 nd time my bp was high, last time i had 150/90 bp with severe anxiety, also one day i had my bp checked at one of the cardiologist clinic it came 128/72 that day,why my bp is too much highand is there something seriouswhichneedtobelooKed
