High bilrubin around 2.5, bloating

I am having acidity n heatburn problems since past 3 mnths and i have been on medications like pantocid dsr; nexpro 40 ; ranitidine; arystozyme etc.And last month I had an LFT and in tht my total bilrubun was around 2.2 and i have tested serum bilrubin again after a month.And now it is almost 2.5. 5 yrs ago i had jaundice and later it was diagnosed as gillberts syndrome .But In theae 5 years I was all normal and suddenly in d last 3 months i hav been facing these issuses I am a working professional.I need help regarding this
