Hi Doctor, My wife is 36 weeks pregnant. She is suffering from cholestasis of pregnancy. Her test results are below. Bile acid total serum: 49 AST ( SGOT) : 290 ALT (SGPT) : 651 ALP 296 Is this condition related to pregnancy only or she will need liver related diagnosis post pregnancy.
