High ALT and AST values

Hello, I just got my full body checkup done. in that in the LFT, I have gotten AST (SGOT) : 57 and ALT (SGPT) : 71. all the other values are in the normal range. only these two values seem to be high. I consume alcohol but not a regular drinker. once a fortnight but the quantity is high. about half a litre. what I need to understand is 1) are these values in an Acceptable high range or they are abnormally high. 2) is the only solution to quit alcohol or an occasional event of consumption is alright ? like is controlling fine or I need to quit altogether. (it is not like I am addicted. I only need to understand the gravity of the situation in order to comprehend the next steps. 3) is there some medication I must begin with ? which will help me bring this under control sooner ? or I must get tested again in some time to understand if it's a one time event.

TABLET LIV52 ONE TABLET TWO-TIME A DAY FOR TEN DAYS THAN REDUCE IT TO ONE TABLET AT NIGHT FOR LONG TIME. AFTER ONE MONTH GO FOR LFT. O.K, BYE.
