Hidradentis suppurativa surgery

I have been taking antibiotics and steroid tablets for 5 years, and I am tired. My hidradenitis suppurativa is not going away. I now want to undergo surgery (wide excision) on both of my armpits. Please suggest a surgeon who can perform this surgery. Will it come back in the same area after surgery? Also, please tell me the approximate cost of the surgery.

Yes , definitive treatment is surgery and it can be done by general surgeon but if large area need to be excised then go to plastic surgeon .After proper excision it should not come back .cost of surgery depend on surgeon (general/palstic) and hospital and place
